Hartsville Community Bible Study You’re invited to attend the Hartsville Community Bible Study October 31 through November 21. The study will be called “All In” by Mark Batterson, a 4 week Bible study. Study session times: Mondays at 10 a.m.-11:15 a.m., 4 p.m.-5:15 p.m. and 7 p.m.- 8:15 p.m. All classes will be held in the community room at the YMCA. You do not have to be a Y member to come to the studies. Childcare is available during the 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. sessions. Workbooks are optional, but encouraged. They will be available for purchase at the first few sessions of each study. You can also purchase your own through Lifeway.

Community Appreciation Gospel Singing There will be a community appreciation gospel singing on Saturday, October 29 at 6 p.m. at The Music Hall, 1945 Harry Byrd Hwy., Darlington, featuring Sandy Banks, Burning Bridges, Final Call, Grace Revealed and Sanders Family. Everyone is welcome to come out and worship. Free admission.


Fall/Winter Clothes Drive There will be a free fall/winter clothes drive for all ages on Saturday, October 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mt. Calvary A.M.E. Church fellowship hall, 1106 S. Sixth Street, Hartsville. 843-332-4923. Rev. Dr. Sherry Highbaugh is pastor. If you would like to donate, you may drop items off on Wednesdays in the fellowship hall from 3-4 p.m. or call 843-332-4337 if you need items picked up.

Bethel United Methodist Church Homecoming Homecoming at Bethel United Methodist Church will be held on Sunday, October 30th at 11 a.m. Johnny Iseman and From the Heart by Grace will minister in music. Pray for America event The Hartsville Community Prayer Gathering will be held on Monday, November 7th at 7 p.m. at New Providence Baptist Church, 1884 Antioch Road, Hartsville. The emphasis will be on praying for the National Election. The youth of our community is encouraged to join. The Hartsville Community Prayer Gathering normally meets at the YMCA in the community meeting room on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. All churches are invited.


Southern Gospel Singing There will be a southern gospel singing at the Music Hall, Hwy. 151, Darlington, on Saturday, November 12th at 6 p.m. featuring Sandy Banks, Palmetto Street Praise and Vocal Reunion.


Antioch Baptist Church Fall Festival Antioch Baptist Church invites everyone to their fall festival on Saturday, November 19th from 1 to 3 p.m. There will be food, a jump house, games and prizes, face painting, a hayride, and more! This is a free event. The church is located at 1121 Bethlehem Road, Hartsville.

Centenary United Methodist Church Everyone is invited to come join us for “Wonderful Wednesday” on the 4th Wednesday of every month (January through November) at 11 a.m. Wonderful Wednesday is an event sponsored by our church focused towards the needs of the older adults of our community.
