The 5th grade class of ECS will be traveling to Washington D.C. in April of 2018. This is an annual educational journey upon which the students are very excited to embark.

Each year, the students and parents work very hard to raise the necessary funds for this trip. The largest fundraiser that we host is a massive yard sale and silent auction.

During this event, we often are able to utilize products that have been donated from local businesses and restaurants, and we would be extremely appreciative if your company would be willing to donate any items to help us achieve our goal. Both events coincide with each other on November 11th from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Some interesting things donated to the silent auction are: Crop duster flights donated by Gleason Farms; Passes to USS Yorktown at Patriots Point; Four passes to Ripley’s Aquarium Myrtle Beach; Various gift cards from local business owners; Handmade donations from local craftsmen; Too many other donations to name. If you are interested in donating you can contact the school at 843-332-0164.
