According to Ms. Jonasson’s lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, the sexual abuse took place in Atlanta at the St. Regis hotel during Fast Five was being filmed.

In the case, she claims that while groping her in his hotel suite, Mr. Sinclair, 56, physically overpowered her and disregarded Ms. Jonasson’s unequivocal declarations of non-consent.

According to the lawsuit, the movie star allegedly held the girl against the wall with his body and engaged in sexual acts with himself after she cried out and fled to the closest restroom.

The lawsuit claims that she was fired shortly after the event when Samantha Vincent, the actor’s sister and the head of One Race Films, called her.
