Christian Recovery meeting location Christian Recovery now meeting at New Providence Baptist Church, 1884 Antioch Road at the corner of North Center Road. The meeting is every Thursday at 7 p.m. All those struggling with addiction and family members are welcome. For more information, call 843-992-5222 or 843-307-7193.

Hartsville Fire Department Hartsville Fire Department now has stickers you can put on your door or window at home to inform the fire department there is a pet in your home. You can come by Hartsville Fire Department at 111 S. 7th St. to pick one up.

Emergency Meals for Seniors The Darlington County Council on Aging will be providing emergency meals to seniors age 60+ during the Covid-19 crisis. Meals will be available for drive-thru pick up at the Council on Aging locations throughout Darlington County. Meals will be provided on a first come, first serve basis, at the senior centers located in Hartsville, Darlington, Lamar and Society Hill. Check out FACEBOOK or call 843-393-8521.

Gospel in the Park Series 2020 Gospel in the Park Series 2020 theme is Bringing Unity into Our Community! Gospel in the Park has been cancelled the first three months. We will kick off our 2020 Series August 9th at 5 p.m. for our Back to School Youth Alive. Please save the date and mark your calendar, Sunday, August 9th at 5 p.m. in Pride Park, 630 S. 6th Street. Darlington County Disabilities & Special Needs Board The Darlington County Disabilities & Special Needs Board of Directors meet on the last Tuesday of each month (except December) at 2 p.m. at The Scott Center, 201 Damascus Rd., Hartsville. Deer Creek Ranch and Horse Rescue Deer Creek Ranch and Horse Rescue, 3047 Patrick Hwy., Hartsville is a horse rescue ranch with a mission of rehabilitating and restoring abandoned horses to good homes.
