A YouTuber who is covering the case of a missing Middle Tennessee teenager is reportedly stalking the teenager’s mother. She revealed this information in a statement, expressing her concern about the situation.
It has been five months since Sebastian Rogers vanished from his family’s residence in Hendersonville.
The case has garnered nationwide attention, however, Sebastian’s mother, Katie Proudfoot, believes it has gone too far. To that end, she recently obtained a temporary order of protection against a YouTuber who goes by the name of ‘Bullhorn Betty.’
Ever since Sebastian’s disappearance on February 26th, his mother, Katie, and stepfather, Chris Proudfoot, have opted to stay away from the public eye. However, despite their efforts to maintain their privacy, Katie has recently shared that she is being stalked and harassed.
Last week, the sheriff’s office in Sumner County received a petition for an order of protection.
According to Katie, “She posts ‘live’ videos while driving by our home and threatens us.”
The YouTuber was labelled as “dangerous” by her.
Katie expressed her concern for her and her family’s safety by stating that the person in question is dangerous and is encouraging her followers to cause harm.
Griffin vehemently denied the claims, stating, “If it is from her, then that is absolutely a falsehood. They can go and look at all my ‘lives.’ My ‘lives’ never come down off my channel.” Griffin also pointed out that there was nothing unlawful about driving on public property and roads while filming with a camera. She emphasized that the incident in question occurred over a month ago and was the only time she had been in the Hendersonville area.
According to News 2, Griffin stated that she has not yet received the temporary protection order. Despite the accusations, she maintains her innocence.
According to Griffin, obtaining an ex parte order would require the woman to claim that he poses an immediate threat to her life and that he is currently in Florida. However, he asserts that he has never met her in person, nor has he ever attempted to contact her via phone, email, or text message. Additionally, he has never responded to any of her Facebook posts, and they have never had any conversations.
According to Griffin, the accusations being thrown at him are nothing but a mere distraction. He further added, “I dislike the unnecessary drama that’s been brewing on the channel. The harder I try to steer it towards Sebastian, the more these distractions seem to arise.”
According to Griffin, the sole focus is on Sebastian Rogers- his full name being Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers. The attention is not on Seth Rogers, Katie Proudfoot, or Christopher Proudfoot; rather, it is on locating Sebastian Rogers and finding ways to reunite him with his loved ones.
The DA’s office has scheduled a court hearing on August 8th at the Sumner County Courthouse to review the YouTube videos posted by Bullhorn Betty. The videos will be summarized for the office during the hearing.
Prior to that moment, it was clearly stated in the document that Griffin was prohibited from approaching within a distance of 100 feet from Katie or her residence.
August brings two events dedicated to Sebastian, starting with a prayer vigil on August 24th at 5 p.m. in Clarksville. On August 26th, marking six months since Sebastian went missing, Seth Rogers and local residents will gather in Sumner County to raise awareness and address unresolved concerns.

AMBER Alert Issued
On the morning of February 26th, Sebastian was reported missing, leading the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) to issue an Endangered Child Alert. In response, several agencies scoured the area in search of the child.
On the afternoon of February 27th, the TBI issued an AMBER Alert for Sebastian based on new investigative information discovered during the search. According to the DOJ, law enforcement must have a reasonable belief that an abduction has taken place and that the child is in immediate danger of serious bodily harm or death before issuing an AMBER Alert.
